Speaker Bio:

Jeneen McNally is President of Speak So They Listen, LLC. She is an energetic and accomplished corporate trainer, coach, speaker, interviewer, and business developer.

Many struggle to get their ideas out or heard, or don’t know how to deal with tough interpersonal interactions. They didn’t realize there is a better way. Being able to confidently speak, lead, and engage others is exciting and powerful. Watching people accomplish this during her workshops, having them leave excited with an action plan; is about making a positive impact in people’s lives. It’s about transforming how people communicate.

Over 20 years ago, Jeneen began training people how to use their computer programs. Her real desire was to teach speaking and interpersonal skills. She made the transition by training engineers and managers at Toyota, Ford, GM, and internationally for Visteon. She coached foreign nationals (physicians, Dean’s, consultants, etc.) with heavy accents, to speak clearly and confidently in American English. For most, it was a deeply personal success to finally be able to speak so people listened and understood.

As a TV reporter, Jeneen learned to ask the right questions and present a clear, concise story. She further increased her communication repertoire by developing business for a software company and then as the Director of Business Development, at The University of Michigan’s Operations Leadership Factory for developing Lean Leaders. Highlights of her own continuous improvement include: Improv classes at 2nd City, Toastmasters, and a Planned Change Internship.

Jeneen earned a B.A. in English from Hillsdale College and graduated at the top of her class from Specs Howard School of Media Arts.
