Marilyn Suttle is the CEO of Suttle Enterprises, a personal and professional growth training firm based in Novi, Michigan. She has over 15 years experience as a work/life success coach, training and consulting for a diverse group of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to health care practices, government institutions, universities and associations.  As an Option Method coach, Suttle helps individuals expose and dissolve self-limiting beliefs to produce happier, more productive results.  She is the Immediate-Past President of the National Speakers Association – Michigan chapter.  Suttle presents programs across the country on customer service, as well as life balance and relationship skills for both work and home. 

Since most of Lori Jo Vest’s twenty-year professional career has been spent in business-to-business sales positions involving high levels of day-to-day customer contact, she has developed extensive expertise in customer service and new business development.  She currently serves as VP of sales and marketing for TVS Communications Solutions, a metro Detroit business television and event production studio. She also consults with small businesses on methods to enhance their sales and customer service efforts.  Her approach to both positions is one of personal connection and long term relationship building. Vest serves as VP of Membership for the Michigan Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and on the PR and Marketing Committee for the American Cancer Society of Southeastern Michigan’s Cattle Baron Ball.
